Power to Carry On

Recently I came across an interesting thought:
It's not enough to just have a road in front of you. You also need motivation to go there and power to actually move.
I decided that it perfectly reflects the work we are doing here.
The first two months of the year were about The Road & Motivation (check out the digests if you missed any of it), & now March is going to be a bout The Power. Let's grow!

What is the power, energy that keeps us moving? Where to get it from & how to use it?
I love this topic so much, that could talk about it for hours haha
But to keep it sweet and digestible for the blog post I will simplify it & sick to the main three recourses that we have available to us at all times:
MIND ㆍ BODY ㆍ SPIRIT
Each represents a power that we poses and can grow to help us achieving things we've set for ourselves. So let's have a closer look into them:
MIND 💭
Thoughts that you have on the background, inner dialogue that you listen & get involved with... does it support you or criticise you?
If you are going over things you still haven't done, or could've done better, what do you think, happens to your overall energy levels?
You are not wrong if thinking that overwhelm will creep up before you know it & although walk in the park might help you to regain control and some sense of clarity, you can try something better:
💭 Think for a moment, who controls your inner dialogue?
💭 Can you stop it or change the topic?
I believe you can, so the best thing you can do for yourself here is to understand that all these three powers that you have, YOU HAVE first of all. They are not you.
So how about you give your dialogue a name & going forward will educate it better on how to communicate with you. So that the next time, when Bob starts to criticise you or what you are doing, you tell it to stop and explain what to say to help you ッ
The more you practice, the quicker you will be able to turn things around.
BODY 🧘♀️
I feel like you re expecting me to tell you to exercise :) am I right?
You are not that wrong here, but there is something a bit more important:
Posture
The state of your posture determines how the energy goes through your body. Does it flow or stagnate. Give it a small test, sit straight for a moment & notice how you feel, what you think bout yourself... then slouch and note what changed.
If you've done it properly, not just for a tick, you have noticed the difference. So think how far will you be able to go in one state and the other? If that's not magic of our bodies, than I don't know what is!
So whether you are hitting a gym five times a week or have never exercised in your life, one thing you want to start caring about from now on is your posture.
5 min of exercises a day or full on doctor control - it's up to you, but make sure to help yourself to keep that power working & help you thrive!
SPIRIT ✨
Think of this as your Emotional Power.
✨ What makes you feel good? What puts a smile on your face?
How long ago did you do it? How often are you doing those things?
Emotions are also require recharging and care. Because when you feel inspired, when you feel happy - do you even notice the time? :)
See where I'm going with this?
Don't leave it to a chance, we all are familiar with a burnout & I don't think that this is your favourite state to be in. So don't get yourself there, and start recharging your Emotional battery in time!
So here we go, Power that will help you going forwards is already within you. All you are left to do is to bring it to working order if it's not there yet & take care of it, so it can take care of you ♡

Keep your Posture aligned with your dreams
& Recharge your Emotional Vibe
